The project includes design, fabrication, and installation of modular furniture and interiors as per the agreed layout and specifications.

Any modifications requested after finalization may be subject to additional charges and extended timelines.

In consideration of the performance Scope of Work and continued Platform & Consultation services by Celestial Interior under these Terms, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges as communicated to you from time to time.

Any item which is not mentioned in the list will be provided only against additional charges.

The rates will be valid for one month after quotation is given.

GST will be applicable.

The key of the Flat will be handed over to the client after the final settlement.

The estimated project duration will be communicated at the start.

Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, material shortages, labor issues, or client-induced changes) may extend timelines.

We are not responsible if the project gets delayed due to slow finalization of design or Payment issues from clients end.

Materials will be as per the specifications mentioned in the quotation.

Any changes in material selection may impact cost and delivery timelines.

The company ensures quality standards but is not responsible for natural wear and tear.

A standard warranty of 10 years on workmanship and materials applies.

Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, water leakage, or external factors.

Post-installation maintenance services can be availed at an additional cost.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party contractors or client-side dependencies.

Clients must ensure site readiness, including electrical, plumbing, and civil work completion before installation.

Cancellations after work commencement will incur charges based on completed work.

Refunds are subject to deductions for materials procured and labor costs incurred.
